		<description>Yeah, that's a partial list, all right.  And please don't label this blog category Telepresence.  You're just promoting one company's jargon, and the industry standard term is really a slightly-broader category called Unified Communications.  If you change your label to that, then you can incorporate posts about a whole range of Web 2.0/3.0 technology including instant messaging, etc., that will impact your products (and a whole lot more) in the years to come.</description>
