Very nice use of your tools. Is it OK if I share this list (crediting you as source, of course) where I'd need to share something other than a web link? As far as requiring a training webinar in order to get the trial, an emphatic YES for ALL your products -- even Diver (though that is definitely your most user-friendly product to date). The worst thing that can happen is someone THINKS they understand how to use your tools, get bad results for reasons that may or may not be technical (evidenced by your own recent post about the recruiter looking for benefits administrators), and then you've created a negative reference for your company. It doesn't take many of them to offset all the goodwill you create by offering a free trial. Nevertheless, building in much more user-friendly, contextual help in ALL your products would be a good thing.
